The CRO is a standard feature any CRS should offer. We have enhanced our solution to enable Users to easily search and book single hotels, groups and trips. Customers can decide on permissions Users should have on the CRO.
CRO Users have the ability to directly access and book allocated rates for travel agents, corporates, promotions and sell vouchers. If granted permission to do so, call center agents can override prices and give discount.
Based on log-in restrictions the solution can also be handed to partners for them to make their own bookings on preferential terms agreed.
